I know that things have been silent on the
journal page as of late, but I assure you we have been
quite busy here at Antipas Ministries. The links within
today’s journal are to over 130 printed pages worth
of articles and it has taken me a bit of time to research
all this material. Everything in here is really important
stuff though… and I urge you all to click on every
link and read the all the content of each piece.
First up are the God-Men
of America’s New World Order. This
new article by SR Shearer lays out just how bad things
have gotten within the circles of power in American Christendom.
At times I think that maybe apostate is not a strong enough
word to describe the American Church… the facts
put forward in Steve’s latest piece only reinforce
that thought.
Katherine Yurica says the agenda of George
Bush and the American Church that supports him is immoral
and an abomination to God. She say’s the Church
is Bloodguilty.
I find no reason to fault her analysis. The Church in
America has overwhelmingly proven that they are completely
divorced from even a simple understanding of God’s
Word and plan for His children. One only has to examine
the words and actions of these supposed servants of Christ
in light of the book they claim to believe in and it becomes
evident they are not servants of the Most High…
but of the abased-one who comes in his own name. Yurica
points this out in her piece by laying out their words
and actions in comparison to God’s Words…
A must read if I do say so.
I’ll change gears a little bit now
to go over a few recurring news items that point to the
direction the US and the world are headed in.
Military analysts are warning that a draft
may be needed within a year’s time as the shortage
of manpower in the military continues to worsen. Those
somehow thinking that the carnage in the Middle East is
to end soon need to wake up and smell the gunpowder…
Those calling the shots in the US have no intention of
stopping their empire building anytime soon… and
a draft is the only way to continue operations in Iraq
and Afghanistan… while opening up new theatres in
places like Iran, N. Korea, and Venezuela. The war machine
needs grist for the mill… and America’s young
people are now firmly in the crosshairs of the military
beast.
One may wonder, however, if the American
people would stand for such a thing… after all the
negative consequences of the draft were one of the biggest
reasons America’s rich and powerful had to retreat
from American-style nation building in Vietnam some 3
decades ago. Would the American people again rise up to
protest a war if their sons and daughters started getting
conscripted to fight for Halliburton, Bechtel, and Exxon-Mobile
in far away lands? At this point I would say no. America
is a different nation now… it is one given over
to a theocratic/fascist
mindset, which bears more of a resemblance
to Hitler’s Germany… than anything like thenation
that found a smattering of social consciousness among
Americans that led to the uprising at home against the
war in Vietnam. No, Americans today can be easily bullied
and lied to… the can be easily scared and manipulated.
They have no true spiritual underpinning… no foundation
in the Truth to lead them back from the abyss. In this
state all it will take is a bit of contrivance or subterfuge…
another “Pearl Harbor-type event” to get them
to acquiesce to sending their best and brightest into
the meat-grinder needed to churn out the finishing touches
of America’s New World Order.
While American’s may be deluded, the
nations of the world certainly are not… especially
those nations the US has plans to “spread democracy
to”. Iran,
as one of those nations has no allusion about what is
on the American mind. They know what the beast wants…
and they know that negotiations and talks will not indefinitely
forestall US plans for the people of Persia. What I am
alluding to is the fact that the Iranians are being quite
open in stating that they do not believe the US has any
other intent, but to attack them. The Iranians know that
the US has no real desire to see the present crisis diffused
at the conference table. They know that what George Bush
and company want is to export a little of the freedom
they are passing out in Iraq right across the border.
How did this all happen? How did America
become the beast that she is today? Did the liberals do
it? Was it the homosexuals? Maybe it was the atheists
or the ACLU… Well, all those folks will have their
turn at judgment... But it was the rich, the powerful,
and the Church who have taken America on this devil’s
turn… and more specifically, it is the alliance
of the rich and powerful with the Church that has made
all these terrible things possible. Even those who formerly
stood within the very corridors of this power
structure are willing to admit this… but the average
American pew-sitter sees no such thing.
Things are so bad that very strong
evidence of rampant election fraud in the
2004 election are becoming more and more published…
but Americans and American Christians in particular…
want no part of shedding light on such “unpleasant
truths”… since theirs is the horse that took
the prize in the crooked race. Well, what can we expect
after all… their leaders have been propagandizing
Bush’s godliness and righteousness to them for over
5 years now… and the way the institution of Christianity
is established now… you better not dare question
or go against “God’s anointed.” You
also have to ignore the fact that the self-same people
who stumped the hardest for bush from the pulpits are
those who stand to take home a slice of the multi-billion
dollar pie that is the Faith-Based
Initiative. Their mantra isn’t always
“don’t go against God’s anointed”
sometimes it is “don’t bite the hand that
feeds you.”
Also consider the ramifications of the new
bankruptcy law almost ready for unveiling. It has been
passed by the Senate and only needs to breeze through
the House on its way to the President’s desk. After
that for practical purposes slavery will have been reinstituted
in the US… Debt-slavery
at least… The debt-slavery link lays out the details
of this soon to be new law in all its glory… and
in doing so reveals that there is nothing good, Christian,
moral, or just about a nation that would treat its people
in such a way.
This is what we’ve been saying for
quite some time though… and every day that passes
only makes the evidence that much more clear. Bush and
company have been quite bold in laying
out the future they see for the US and the
world. The Church’s leadership and the rank and
file have rallied to support the cause… in doing
so they have revealed themselves as enemies of the cross…
God has called those who love the Truth to flee from this
beast because eventually it will consume everyone within.

Spreading Democracy… the term has
a nice ring to it, doesn’t it? It sounds like a
wonderful thing actually. If there are people out there
who do not have democracy, then wouldn’t it be a
good thing to help them get a little of what we’ve
supposedly already gotten for ourselves? Along a strictly
secular line of thought this isn’t necessarily a
bad thing… but the point that must be considered…
even on secular terms; is whether men with power, wealth,
and the force to impose their will on anyone they choose
actually plan to spread democracy anywhere.
Using history as an example… sadly
the answer would have to be no. The haves always seem
to take from the have-nots. Those with power always prey
upon the weak. Yet America, in the mythological sense
has always painted itself in a different light from empires
past. America has put itself forward as a nation the actually
does spread democracy and that actually does give of itself
to the less fortunate nations of the world.
Contrary to the history most people were
taught in the classrooms. America’s true history
reveals a litany of abuse and oppression just as stark
as that of any nation. From slavery, to Indian massacres,
and from imperialist wars fought in Latin America, Asia,
Africa, and the Middle East to economic devastation in
those same regions… the US has been no saintly nation,
all Christian protestations to the side.
Most Christians in the US have chosen to
live in a dream world though… rather than confront
the ugly truth. Instead of facing the facts about America’s
past, present, and future they choose to embrace the idyllic
thought that America has earned its great wealth and power
through God’s grace and blessings upon them. They
choose to believe that our saintly founding fathers laid
the groundwork for God’s redeemer nation, instead
of facing the cold, hard facts of history.
The simple truth is this… What is
happening today is merely a perpetuation (albeit an accelerated
one of late) of a process, which began over two centuries
ago. America has gained her wealth and power the same
way all nations have… through conquest and what
can only be described at best as cutthroat tactics. So
when you see the news proclaimed loudly that what the
US is trying to do in the Middle East is spread
democracy, you should immediately consider
the past and realize that you are being fed a line. What
the US is up to in the Middle East is all about dollars,
cents, and geo-political strategy. Benevolence has nothing
to do whatsoever with US foreign policy, economic policy,
or its decision to wage war. The late George F. Kennan
summed up the reality of what the US is really all about
way back in 1948, when his State Department put together
what eventually became known as the Truman Doctrine of
containment. In that document Kennan states:
"We have about 50% of the world's
wealth, but only 6.3% of its population. ... In this situation,
we cannot fail to be the object of envy and resentment.
Our real task in the coming period is to devise a pattern
of relationships which will permit us to maintain this
position of disparity. ... To do so, we will have to dispense
with all sentimentality and day-dreaming; and our attention
will have to be concentrated everywhere on our immediate
national objectives. ... We should cease to talk about
vague and ... unreal objectives such as human rights,
the raising of the living standards, and democratization.
The day is not far off when we are going to have to deal
in straight power concepts. The less we are then hampered
by idealistic slogans, the better."
At least Kennan was honest about things.
Too bad today’s Christian American leaders won’t
come forth with the same type of honesty. Instead they
have chosen to obfuscate. Spreading democracy and ridding
the world of evildoers are the watchwords for this group…
but their true aims are completely in line with Kennan’s
position from way back in 1948.
How else can you explain putting someone
like Paul
Wolfowitz at the head of the World Bank?
Wolfowitz is a man who has earned his living figuring
out ways to… as Kennan says… “devise
a pattern of relationships which will permit us to maintain
this position of disparity”. Do you really
think Wolfowitz will spend his days at the World Bank
figuring out ways to lift third world nations out of poverty?
Or will you instead see that what Wolfowitz brings to
the table is a willingness to do whatever is necessary
to insure American hegemony throughout the world? After
all, this guy has had his hand in almost every war the
US has been involved in since Vietnam… and He has
also played a huge role in installing the various tin
pot dictators throughout the third world who have allowed
Corporate America to rape and pillage their countries.
This move is yet another sign that the US
is committing to what is in essence, a total war effort.
Bush, the Neocons, and their Right-Wing Christian allies
are committed to establishing American primacy throughout
the world. To these men every arena is a combat arena.
Including world finance. Placing Wolfowitz in this position
insures that America’s true goals are met there
as well.
Then there is of course the real type of
warfare… not the pen and paper type that guys like
Bush and Wolfowitz are involved in. This stuff is a bloody
and grotesque business to say the least. It is truly unbelievable
that American Christians can somehow think that the Prince
of Peace has called His bride to take part in such things.
Look at the cold hard facts surrounding what has occurred
in Fallujah
and then tell me what place Christ or His true Church
have in all this.
In essence a whole city has been leveled,
with no thought to the guilt or innocence of the occupants
by the powers that called for the assault. The place is
a radioactive wasteland… and there is proof that
the US used banned chemical weapons in their assault on
the city as well. Do Americans really think that a Christian
nation would use napalm to kill enemies and the innocent
mixed among them?
Also consider what has happened to Mark
Manning, a documentary filmmaker who went to Fallujah
in the aftermath to assist in humanitarian efforts and
to shoot footage for a documentary. Upon returning to
the US he had his film stolen and was warned about trying
to bring such video evidence to the general public. Manning’s
account as published by Nick Welsh of the
Santa Barbara Independent states:
“Manning’s biggest surprise
came after he’d returned home to the United States.
Arriving in San Francisco late on the night of February
11, Manning and Natalie Kalustian, a close friend and
filmmaking partner, crashed at the Oceanside Motel on
46th Avenue. The next morning, after a stroll near Baker
Beach, they returned to their car to find one of the windows
smashed. Expensive camera and computer equipment lay in
plain view, but only Kalustian’s purse was gone.
Inside the purse, Manning said, were keys to their motel
room. And when Manning and Kalustian returned to the motel,
he recounted, someone had broken into their room. Even
though there was jewelry and more film equipment lying
about, he said, none of it was touched. In fact, said
Manning, none of the suitcases had even been opened. The
only thing missing, Manning said, was the big bowling-ball
shaped bag containing his camera — and all his taped
interviews.
At that time, Manning had not been
back in the United States for more than 10 hours.
The next day, Manning said, a mysterious
man contacted them to arrange a meeting, claiming he had
the stolen purse. Manning and Kalustian went to a spot
near 6th and Mission as instructed, where they were met
by a man who appeared to be a ‘full-on street bum,’
Manning said. After returning the purse, the man pulled
Manning to one side, opened his wallet, and flashed what
Manning estimated was $5,000 worth of $100 bills. According
to Manning, the ‘bum’ winked at him and said,
‘Look in my eyes. I have the eyes of a former sniper.
You thought you had the goods on George Bush, didn’t
you? You’ve been sandbagged, boy.’”
Everyone is free to decide for themselves
whether or not this is really what happened to Manning…
but I must say that I myself do not find it that hard
to believe. It is not in the best interests of the US
to have uncensored video of what has actually taken place
in Fallujah out there for the general public to see. Though
most are brainwashed beyond the point of no return…
there are still enough people out there who just might
take such evidence and act upon it in a way that could
cause problems for the Elites.
Instead of looking at such hard evidence
of what the costs of war actually are… the powers
that be would much rather have the American people focused
on whether or not Theresa Schiavo’s husband has
the legal right to have her feeding
tubes removed. The sad story of Mrs. Schiavo’s
plight has become something to behold of late as politicians
have moved at break-neck speed to insert themselves into
the Florida family’s decision-making process. I
guess mugging for the cameras to “stand up for Mrs.
Schiavo’s rights” beats answering tough questions
about their complicity with bringing about the war in
Iraq, privatizing social security, the new bankruptcy
laws, legislation approving ANWAR oil drilling, or the
new national security state apparatus that has been constructed
under their watch.
I also find it just a little ironic that
those who claim to be conservatives would be so willing
to have the government further extend its reach into the
lives of citizens. Isn’t that sort of the opposite
of what conservatism is all about? I say rightwing efforts
to insert themselves into the Schiavo situation are the
disingenuous political efforts of Dictators,
Tyrants, and Fools. This is especially true
considering recent evidence of the GOP’s pointed
use of this affair to serve separate political aims. William
Rivers Pitt exposes things in his recent editorial on
Truthout.org, which states:
“There is also the matter of the
GOP talking points memo floating around out there which
specifically states Ms. Schaivo's condition is a perfect
wedge with which to remove Florida's Democratic Senator,
Bill Nelson. Never mind the fact that the 'Culture of
Life' advocates pushing this are also greasing the skids
towards more executions of prisoners, or that they support
a war that has killed and wounded well over 200,000 people
in Iraq.”
Next, Pitt goes deeper into the matter and
lays out the cold, hard facts surrounding not just Schiavo’s
situation, but that of Sun Hudson… and in doing
so reveals the hypocrisy and callousness behind the Right
Wing’s selective morality:
“The next time you find yourself
in a debate about Ms. Schiavo with a person who agrees
with Bush and the Congressional majority on this, ask
them about Sun Hudson. Hudson was born with a genetic
disorder and was sustained by machines from the day of
his birth. The Texas hospital housing him decided there
was no point in sustaining his care, and Hudson was removed
from his machines. He died at five months old.
This happened last week.
Five-month-old Sun Hudson was removed
from his life-sustaining machines by a Texas law signed
by then-Governor George W. Bush in 1999. The law allows
patients deemed unsalvageable by the hospital to be removed
from ventilators and other medical apparatus, with a ten-day
window given to the families of the stricken to find another
facility before the plug is pulled.
Sun Hudson was African-American, and
neither Congress nor Mr. Bush came storming to his rescue
before his death last week. Believe this: If Ms. Schiavo
were an African American child, a Hispanic mother, an
Iraqi wife, an Afghani grandmother, an American soldier
suffering massive brain trauma from an explosion in Mosul,
anyone from Darfur or the Congo, if she had been anything
other than a white woman in a Fundamentalist-controlled
state, we would have never, ever, heard of her.
The piercing hypocrisy found in this
hue and cry over Schiavo is the simple fact that the GOP
majority pushing this doesn't give a tinker's damn about
her condition or her fate. They want to cobble together
some kind of bastardized precedent with this to knock
down a woman's right to choose, and they'd like to tag
Nelson while they're at it. Beyond that, this is a smokescreen
to cover their true intentions.”
This sordid saga is further evidence that
democracy, equality, and justice have no real meaning
to those in power… or the corrupt Church that serves
as their base. These people do not really have democracy
in mind when making any of their decisions. Instead they
think along theocratic lines… and are more like
the Islamic fundamentalist leaders of corrupt nations
like Saudi Arabia or Egypt than stewards of American democracy.
What they are overseeing is not the spreading of freedom
throughout the world… but the Islamization
of the GOP and the US as a whole.
What other conclusion can be made given
the circumstances? America is quite obviously a nation,
which hates it enemies. It is a nation that believes it
has the God given right to strike first if threatened
in any way. It is also one, which officially justifies
and sanctions the murder, abuse, and torture of those
considered adversaries or “evildoers”. Just
look at one particular instance involving prisoner abuse
at Guantanamo Bay, rehashed by Leonard
Pitts Jr. of Knight Ridder Newspapers. Pitts
relates that when a prisoner named Jumah al Dossari had
been beaten unconscious he asked his US captor why he
had done so. To this the man reportedly replied, “Because
I'm Christian.” Pitts goes on to explain the details
concerning this affair and states the account:
“…comes from a story about
alleged prisoner abuse at Guantanamo Bay written by my
colleague, Miami Herald reporter Carol Rosenberg, and
published Sunday before last. Her report, based on recently
declassified notes taken by lawyers representing the captives,
included other claims of religious intimidation. Prisoners
say their American captors kicked and stomped Qurans,
cursed Allah and denied them pants, knowing Muslims are
prohibited from praying with bodies uncovered. A man who
refused to surrender his pants said he was gang-tackled,
beaten and pepper-sprayed.”
Pitts then goes on to point out why he feels
that the above-mentioned encounter stands out above the
rest:
“Still, it's Jumah al Dossari's
alleged encounter with a military policeman he knew only
as ‘Smith’ that leaps out.
Why did you beat me until I blacked
out? he asked Smith. ‘Because I'm Christian,’
Smith said.
Yeah, I know. Dossari's probably no Boy Scout. Maybe had
his hand in some major nastiness. Maybe isn't even telling
the truth.
But his character is beside the point.
And as for truth, well, this account sure jibes with those
of other Muslim detainees who described brute-force attempts
to make Christians out of them.”
What Pitts sees, but what hardly anyone
within American Christendom wants to admit is that this
war is in all reality a holy war. From George Bush on
down to the MP’s there is a feeling that God has
called Christian America to rid the world of evildoers.
From the Pentagon to the Pulpit there is a compulsion
to believe that Christ and the American Way can be pushed
upon people from the barrel of a gun.
Christ’s Words say no such thing though…
Instead He calls those who belong to Him out of this present
world. He calls that we testify for Him and against the
satanically inspired evil being falsely perpetrated in
His Holy Name. He also calls His people within Babylon
the Great to come out of her lest they too become partakers
in her sins… It is my prayer that those within the
US who love the Lord will answer this call.
March 18, 2005
Ah the American Dream… baseball, hot
dogs, apple pie and Chevrolet… White picket fences,
well manicured lawns, the pledge of allegiance and the
Ten Commandments in every class room and courthouse in
America… A moral, God-fearing nation that makes
righteous use of its wealth and power to spread their
vision of right and wrong throughout the world.
America the beautiful… America, an
instrument of justice in a world of depravity. Is that
the American dream? The opportunity to get rich, to do
better than your parents, to give yourself over to the
good things in life… is that America? A nation founded
by Christians, for Christians with a mandate to Christianize
the world… is that America?
The Religious Right subscribes to all these
things in one form or another… but is what they
believe in actually America the beautiful, or Babylon
the Great? Powerful Christian leaders like
D.
James Kennedy believe it to be the duty of
the Church to reclaim America from the squalor and filthiness
of godless immorality. They see America as that “city
on a hill”. They see it as God’s home away
from home… so to speak.
In this light the American Church has allied
itself with the rich of this world. Together they have
spent literally hundreds of billions of dollars to take
back America, to battle communism, to outlaw abortion,
homosexuality, and immorality in America. They have also
worked to push a democracy “agenda” based
upon less government, low taxes, and little to no government
regulation on private and corporate economic affairs.
Nice little message they have constructed
isn’t it. One can no doubt turn to practically any
of the writings of the Gospels and see Christ admonishing
the Pharisees for being soft on man-love, high taxes,
dictatorships, and government regulation. No doubt one
can also easily see that God’s Word calls Christians
to clean up this present world. I mean come on; do you
really think our Savior is going to come back before we
get this house in order? Obviously when Christ commanded
us to be the “salt of the world” what He meant
was that we have a duty… nay a responsibility, to
show sinners how to properly live their lives by legislating
them, lessening the tax burden on their employers, outlawing
vices, and heck even dropping high yield explosives on
them if necessary.
Obviously my cynicism is running high today…
since a 3rd grade reading of the New Testament reveals
Christ to be the Prince of Peace and that His teachings
on every level stand diametrically opposed to those, which
are emanating from the pulpits and sanctuaries of America.
Guys like Kennedy and all others taking part in his type
of “Christian
Crusade” are leading America down the
path to destruction… and when I mean destruction
I am not even talking about the type they gladly heap
upon people in places like Iraq, Afghanistan, etc. I am
instead talking about spiritual destruction… i.e.
the Second Death (Rev 20: 14).
I look upon the message of these false prophets
and ravenous shepherds as a litmus test of sorts…
because if you ever find yourself in agreement with any
of the schlop they are pushing then you really need to
go before the Lord and find out exactly where your treasure
lies. I say this because sincerely, how can someone whose
treasure is in heaven be drawn into the web they are spinning?
How can someone who is a true citizen of the heavenly
kingdom be seduced by a message that places a wedge between
Christ and the least of all men? I just don’t think
it can happen…
I firmly believe the spirit to be willing
and the flesh to be week… and in that I do accede
to the fact that all of us have our thorns in the flesh.
I also freely admit that my carnal mind often gravitates
toward its own pursuits over those spiritual-minded things
of Christ… but what we are dealing with insofar
as men like Kennedy and the tens of millions of like-minded
others are concerned is a people who pay lip service to
Christ, but whose hearts are far, far away. Take a look
at the following passages from the Book of Jude and you’ll
see how he thought of these types of folks:
Jud 1:4 For there are
certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old
ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the
grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the
only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.
Jud 1:5 I will therefore
put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how
that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land
of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.
Jud 1:6 And the angels
which kept not their first estate, but left their own
habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under
darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
Jud 1:7 Even as Sodom
and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner,
giving themselves over to fornication, and going after
strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering
the vengeance of eternal fire.
Jud 1:8 Likewise also
these filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion,
and speak evil of dignities.
Jud 1:9 Yet Michael
the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed
about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a
railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.
Jud 1:10 But these
speak evil of those things which they know not: but what
they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things
they corrupt themselves.
Jud 1:11 Woe unto them!
for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily
after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in
the gainsaying of Core.
Jud 1:12 These are
spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with
you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are
without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit
withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the
roots;
Jud 1:13 Raging waves
of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars,
to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.
Jud 1:14 And Enoch
also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying,
Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints,
Jud 1:15 To execute
judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly
among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have
ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which
ungodly sinners have spoken against him.
Jud 1:16 These are
murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts;
and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having
men's persons in admiration because of advantage.
Jud 1:17 But, beloved,
remember ye the words which were spoken before of the
apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ;
Jud 1:18 How that they
told you there should be mockers in the last time, who
should walk after their own ungodly lusts.
Jud 1:19 These be they
who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
Make no mistake here... Jude is talking
about people who claim to be of Christ. He certainly doesn’t
pull any punches does he? Well… neither should we.
As things continue down the appointed path there will
be a stronger pull to “get on board” and to
not stand in the way of what God is supposedly doing.
Those who hold the purse strings and the levers of the
state will not make it easier for the testimony of truth
to occur and neither will the false Church. Yet a high
price to be paid does not give the saints a pass…
no matter the cost we are called to testify for Him and
against the evil falsely done in His name.
As things currently stand the US is too
far down the road to even look back… much less turn
around. Look at the recent news of Paul
Wolfowitz being named as World Bank chairman
for example. Here’s a guy who said there were WMD’s
in Iraq, who said a war could be fought and won there
in a few months, and who said that war would only cost
30 million dollars. Not only was he wrong on all accounts,
but tragically wrong… yet the guy essentially gets
a promotion. Yet if you asked D. James Kennedy, James
Dobson, Pat Robertson, Chuck Smith, C. Peter Wagner, Franklin
Graham, or any other Christian power broker what they
thought about this and you’d get gushing praise
regarding Wolfowitz. I guess “blessed are the
peacemakers” isn’t highlighted in their
Bibles.
Now some of you might say that, “well,
yes things are bad… but we still have some time
to go before they get too bad.” My question to you
is how bad IS too bad? If you worked for IG Farben during
the Nazi era, how many orders for Cyclon-B delivery to
Auschwitz would you have had to process… before
you decided you were working for the devil? Some people
think that there is still a lot of time before prophecy
catches up to them… but I say look around at what
is happening today.
Just the other day there was a news item
in the ArmyTimes
about US troops being called to serve in ISRAEL as part
of a potential US peacekeeping force, which would be involved
in a settlement between Israel and Palestine. Something
like this could easily fulfill Bible predictions about
Israel’s Treaty
with Death and Covenant with Hell. When that
happens… all bets are off.
Also look at what is happening with US war
efforts. The military is stretched to the limit and enlistments
are way, way down. Soldier are dying at a terrible rate,
while the poor and downtrodden… once the backbone
of the army… want nothing to do with
this supposed war against evildoers. Manpower-wise the
US is backed into a corner… and therefore the
Draft is on the way. When that happens everything
changes both at home and abroad.
There are scores of people who can easily
leave the US now… but once the draft begins they
will be breaking federal law to do so… How many
of you who are draft eligible are willing to break federal
law? Don’t answer me, but instead ask and answer
yourself.
At this present time The Lord is really
opening doors for people to get out of the US. This doesn’t
mean it is an easy thing to do… but as it stands
right now… it can be done legally. At some point
not too long from now (when the draft comes) millions
of Americans will only be able to do so illegally…
At some point after that… the vice will tighten
further on all Americans wanting to leave. God has given
us prophecy as warning so that we can act before it is
too late. I pray that all who read this take the Prophetic
Word seriously.
PS- I want to thank everyone who has kept
my youngest brother in their prayers. He recently made
it back safely after his tour of duty in Iraq. I thank
the Lord for his safe return.

The Bible says the children of this world
are in their generation wiser than the children of light
(Luke 16: 8). This fact was true when
Christ made note of it in his day and age and it is also
ever so true today. While the Church continues down the
path of degradation, there are many “children of
this world” who not only see very clearly the evil
direction in which the US is headed… but also that
a perverted and false form of Christianity is at the core
of the rotten apple. Even the men of Nineveh repented
of their evil deeds… and “all” they
got to persuade them was the teaching of Jonah:
Mat 12:41 The men of Nineveh
shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall
condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of
Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here.
How much more decidely will the lost of
this present world rise up in judgment against the harlot,
which passes for Christianity today? I mean… all
the Ninevites had was the preaching of some angry prophet
who didn’t even want to be there. In contrast the
Church in America has the resurrected Christ, the Holy
Spirit, and the Testimony of the Word. They have unfettered
access to every worldly aid needed to hear and receive
the Word; they also have the promise of Christ Himself
that His spirit within them would “show them all
things concerning the Father.”
Yet instead of following after the one who
paid the price with His blood… the Church has chosen
to become enemies of the cross… and adversaries
to the Prince of Peace. The US, under the direction of
the false Church has become a nation of brutish beasts,
debased men, … savages
if you will. What else can be said when a populace doesn’t
even flinch as news of torture and murder committed at
the hands of their “one nation under God”
continues to make itself known? What else can be said
when supposed people of God only ratchet up their attempts
to rationalize away such evidence, instead of taking the
“high-ground” of Christ? Not much else but
what I am saying here… quite honestly. The US is
a nation of tares… withered up fig trees, plants
that have been choked up in the thorns and thistles are
not too harsh of terms in this case. The proof of this
is not hidden… it is readily available for all to
see.
Think about it… if you were reading
some historical account about an empire of old; which
made liberal use of torture
and abuse of prisoners, invaded foreign lands
half-way around the world, exploited slave labor to provide
cheap imports for its citizens, and demonized its own
poor… you would have no problem recognizing there
was nothing at all Christian about it. Yet the Church
in the US doesn’t see things this way. They instead
gloss over the bloody interrogations, rape, murder, and
brutalities of war as being acceptable aspects of their
manifest destiny… a manifest destiny, which they
believe to be sanctioned of God.
The American Church’s view of their
destiny entails that all who refuse to obey are their
enemies… and are therefore enemies of the Cross.
Just take a look at what is going on in Venezuela
for an example, which is close to home. Since electing
a left-wing president by an overwhelming majority a few
years ago, Venezuelans have seen US subversion efforts
reach incredible levels. You don’t have to fly airplanes
into skyscrapers to become an enemy of the US. You don’t
even have to make a show of armed resistances. Instead,
all you have to do is set a course for your nation, which
puts the needs of your own people above those of the US
and its corporations. This is all that Venezuela has done…
and for it they have earned two US backed coup attempts,
one US organized “white-collar” strike, attempts
by the US financial sector to derail their economy, and
armed hostility from Columbian proxy forces.
In response Venezuela has sought out other
allies and potential trade partners. They have also threatened
to cease oil exports to the US. Can you blame them? Would
you supply your executioner with the gas he needs to drive
over to your house and put a bullet in the back of your
head? Of course you wouldn’t. Yet in all this Venezuela
is now the bad-guy… an enemy of the state that must
be “contained” like the former Soviet Union.
Some of you may be wondering why I comment
on the Venezuelan situation so much… Well, I do
so because what is happening there shows very clearly
the lengths to which the US is willing to go in maintaining
its New
World Order System... And it shows that Christ
is nowhere invovled in the process. Explicitly it also
shows that hemisphere, religion, and skin color are not
barriers to the ravages of the beast and that the US believes
the whole world to be under its rule… with resistance
in any form to be crushed.
Maybe, just maybe seeing things unfold down
there will open a few people’s eyes… but I
really doubt it. War and the quest for empire have become
so romanticized in the American psyche that a little more
third world blood shed will probably have no bearing.
I mean look at the number of casualties the US has suffered
in Iraq. More importantly listen to the stories
of horror and violence they have to tell.
These things have mattered not to the people of the US…
so how will anything else?
Another thing, which should matter to the
American Church yet doesn’t is the upcoming changes
to America’s bankruptcy
laws. What does this have to do with Christ
and the Church you ask? Well, when a nation identifies
itself as Christian… one would think that maybe
some of Christ’s commandments concerning charity
and long-suffering for the meek and poor would be present
in their laws and practice of such. Yet the US has chosen
another route entirely. Somewhat prophetically, Antipas
Ministries wrote about these things way back in 2001 in
SR Shearer’s article Making
Men Cogs in A Machine: The Reformation of the Bankruptcy
Laws.
What the new laws are all about is greed…
plain and simple. The changes to take effect do nothing
but place more of a burden on people beset by job loss,
medical emergencies, armed services obligations, and such.
You would think Christians would see that such people
need help… not another pound of flesh extracted
from them… yet so-called Christians in America see
no problem in heaping misery upon the poor, in spite of
the Words of the Savior. It seems Christianity American-style
uses only a selective application of God’s Word…
and only then when it suits them. Robert Scheer exposes
this when he notes:
“A key sponsor of the bill, Sen.
Charles E. Grassley (R-Iowa), actively opposes abortion
and same-sex marriage on biblical grounds yet believes
the Good Book's clear definition and condemnation of usury
is irrelevant. The Old Testament, revered by Jews, Muslims
and Christians alike, mandates debt forgiveness after
seven years, as was pointed out earlier this month by
an organization of Christian lawyers in a letter to Grassley.”
Yet the ever-pious Grassley was ready with
his answer to such pie-in-the-sky sentiments from a pack
of barristers:
"I can't listen to Christian lawyers,"
said the senator, "because I would be imposing the
Bible on a diverse population."
I guess the ACLU will be happy that Grassley
is so concerned with keeping that separation of church
and state thing going… but rest assured the One
who judges us all is keeping score.
The trick in all this is to always understand
that when dealing with America we are dealing with a nation
that is THE ENEMY OF CHRIST. What is
practiced in the land of the free is Bushianity,
not Christianity. Once you realize this you should also
realize that you cannot change the course this Babylonian
entity has set for itself. You cannot do anything but
flee from it. Your staying will not serve any purpose,
but to cause you to be dragged down in the undertow. This
is how strong delusion works. This is how apostasy ensnares
its victims. It is also how the leaven makes quick work
of the lump.
Besides… there’s a whole world
out there which is yearning… quite literally, to
see the true testimony of the Church. He is calling His
people out of Babylon so they can take His testimony with
them… wherever they go.

For the most part these journals have been
“News and Analysis” oriented over the past
few months. Events of the day… such as the ongoing
war in Iraq, the continued rise of the religious right
in the US, and "nature events" like the Tsunami
and the recent eruption of Washington's Mount
St. Helens have led me of late to focus more
on presenting news, information, and commentary on these
pages as opposed to going into detail on the specifics
of what’s been going on with us personally, here
in Canada. Though such news items are still very important…
this past week we had the opportunity to spend time with
a handful of dear friends and ministry members from the
States, who are in the process of getting out of the US…
and who are committed to laboring with us to do everything
possible to spread the message of this ministry.
I thought I would take this time to share
with you what went on during this time of fellowship and
also offer an update of sorts as to what is going on with
us here in Canada. Early last week Fred (who many of you
already know) along with two other brothers in the Lord
(Brian and Dave) made the trek up from the US to spend
time with us and to assist us in our ongoing efforts to
make this ranch fulfill its role as a resource for the
purpose of furthering the goals of the ministry. The guys
made it up to Forest Grove early Tuesday night after a
short delay at the border. They were held up due to the
fact of their not being able to bring some belongings
up for us to use on the ranch. The hold up centered on
our situation of still being in the midst of the process
of attaining the proper visa status. One of our party
who has “set up base” here is literally days
away from having her work visa status completed and we
thought the process was documented as being far enough
along to go ahead and have her belongings delivered up
here by our visitors. This was not the case… and
for that the brothers were asked to leave the items behind
before crossing into Canada.
The lesson here is to always make sure,
as best as you can, that you are aware of the rules and
laws concerning such situations. We thought there would
be no problem… but until everything is 100% completed
that is not the case. I bring this up because I want everyone
to know that coming into Canada (or even Mexico) is not
like going from Oregon to Washington. You are crossing
an international border and it is important to make sure
that you always have all your ducks in a row… so
to speak. Yet we also believe the Lord to be with us in
this adventure and as in all things we trust Him to lead
us along the process of getting properly established up
here.
It was such a wonderful time of fellowship
over the week that the guys were here. Another dear brother
who is integral in this ministry, Don, joined us over
the weekend. All together we immensely enjoyed the fellowship,
work, prayer, and planning that came out of the week.
We spent a great deal of time planning the direction for
this ministry and in planning how our effort and resources
can be used to make this ranch a successful part of our
efforts to spread the message God has given us. We planned
on how to enable visitors to take part in the training
we are to offer and we began going over the details of
the “curriculum” to be used in the training.
The brothers were also able to generously offer their
assistance and expertise to Andy and Adrian (the two Canadians
here with us) in their ongoing efforts to complete the
renovation projects necessary on the property.
Andy and Adrian are in and of themselves
a tremendous blessing to us. We do truly thank the Lord
that such loving, dedicated, and knowledgeable brothers
have been led of the Lord to work with us in making this
thing happen. In addition to the spiritual side…
their abilities as tradesmen has been invaluable to our
efforts and the fact they are Canadians is fantastic in
that we know we do have true friends and brothers in this
new land.
Of our visitors, Brian has a tremendous
amount of knowledge and expertise in carpentry and building
and his presence enabled Andy and Adrian to take on a
couple of very big projects that had to be done to make
one of the residences on the property habitable. Everyone
else chipped in with encouragement and assistance to make
sure a many very difficult things got done. We also made
concrete plans on what is going to be done to complete
renovations on the property (at least necessary renovations)
and we spent time brainstorming on the logistics of such
things as raising a small number of livestock, gardening,
and taking care of heating needs for the coming winter.
This type of work and planning is necessary
because of what the Lord has put on all of our hearts.
We want to use this place as an area to train people up,
so they can be sent out into the world with this message…
and so they can replicate what we are doing here…
particularly the aspects of establishing a home church
or home fellowship.
Our times of sharing were tempered by thoughts
on these matters and also on the impetus behind God’s
call for believers to flee from Babylon, as well as God’s
call for His Gospel of the Kingdom to be preached throughout
the world. We truly believe the Biblical basis for these
things is iron clad and that the Lord is truly moving
His people to take up the call on this matter. We went
over the scriptures surrounding the call to flee Babylon
in detail (click
here for a synopsis of those scriptures)
and spent hours sharing our own personal testimonies about
the transformation that is taking place in the US among
formerly sound saints. We spent time sharing what the
Lord was working out in all of our lives in relation to
God’s call to flee and we also spent time sharing
the marvelous work of Christ in each of our lives.
Among us all there was a lot of diversity.
We were a group of Canadians and Americans, city folks
and country folks; young and old; male and female. We
came from all occupations and from different up-bringings…
Yet in this group there was neither head nor tail, leader
nor follower… just like-minded brothers and sisters,
equal in the body with Christ as the head. Let me tell
you… in that type of environment the Lord’s
will is known and His love for us all and our love for
Him and each other is always evident. We also solidified
our agreement in accepting the call to preach the Gospel
of the Kingdom that has been placed on this
ministry. We shared our knowledge (both first and second
hand) of the poisonous spread of America’s Dominionist,
apostate version of Christ’s message… and
we firmly committed ourselves to the necessity of testifying
against this fallen entity and to the necessity of doing
all we can to equip brothers and sisters throughout the
world to do the same.
We also took a couple of nights to go over
an article I linked to in the last journal, which has
caused something of an uproar among many people. The article
is Wayne Madsen’s piece on the Christian
Mafia. The article goes into detail on the
origins of America’s right wing religious ruling
party and the American Church’s interconnectedness
to the vile beast that it is. Much of what is written
in the Madsen piece is very sensational and we spent a
great deal of time using the details of his piece as a
jumping off point for our own spirit-driven thoughts and
analysis of the convergence of right wing political, economic,
and religious powers within the US. Thematically, the
“Christian Mafia scorecard” Madsen constructs
is verifiable through the writings available here at Antipas
Ministries. Scripturally there is also verification
in that the direction Madsen shows the Church/State monster
headed is one the Bible predicts in passages concerning
the nature
of Babylon the Great; and of the woman,
which rides the beast.
Discussing these matters amongst ourselves…
with the Holy Spirit and the Word to guide us… we
unanimously believe God is calling His people out of the
US. We believe that the current state of affairs within
that country will continue to degrade. We believe the
strong delusion sweeping the Church and pulling more and
more true believers into becoming partakers in Babylon’s
sins will only become stronger. We also believe God will
honor those who heed His word of warning and that in doing
so He will make a way for them to escape… no matter
the difficulty of their circumstances.
Difficulty of circumstances is an issue
we spent a great deal of time on. Much of this time was
in part due to happenings within the US, which effected
people we know personally and that are members and supporters
of this ministry. Over last week there were three separate
instances of people very close to getting out of the US
who had catastrophic situations arise. These were situations
that for a moment truly stopped them in their tracks.
One brother who was actually supposed to
join us for the week of fellowship was turned away at
the border. It seems he had legal issues in the US to
contend with. He was not fully aware these matters would
be a hindrance toward his plans to visit us and getting
turned back at the border was a very tough blow to take…
especially for someone who was in the process of permanently
leaving the US to spread this message in Latin America.
Simultaneously two other occurrences were taking place.
Both involved the power of the State reaching out to drag
people back towards the belly of the beast.
In the first instance a family that was
literally weeks away from legally getting out of the US
received ominous news from the taxman. It seems a small
but unnoticed past error led tax authorities to assess
major fines, penalties, and back payments literally out
of the blue. Obviously these dear people had no idea or
forewarning that any such thing was about to occur. Their
plans to get out we literally stopped dead-cold by the
power of the state and the despair and alarm in their
recounting of the situation sent a chill over us all.
In another instance on the other side of
the US, long time friends and ministry members who have
been getting their affairs in order for a 2005 departure
received word that State authorities were taking custody
of an immediate family member’s child. This terrible
event was not taking place due to abuse, neglect, or abandonment…
but due to the whims of a bureaucratic system that literally
preys upon the poor, who are forced more than any other
group to give away personal sovereignty when seeking basic
assistance from the state. Needless to say receiving such
news within one’s family is a horrible thing and
it is also the type of thing that puts a halt to one’s
efforts towards moving away from loved one’s in
such dire need.
All of these things happened while our little
group was together in Canada. It made us realize immediately
how vigorous the enemy is going to be in efforts to stymie
the testimony of the saints in fleeing Babylon the Great.
It made us realize that these occurrences of an almost
simultaneous nature were not a coincidence, but instead
proof-positive of God’s Word when it says:
Eph 6:12 For we wrestle
not against flesh and blood, but against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of
this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
We realize these things and in fellowship,
prayer, and deliberation also understand that the powers
arrayed against us (and our testimony) will not decrease
their efforts… but will instead increase them as
the days pass. We take the roadblocks set before us and
the “counter-attacks” of the enemy as proof-positive
that we are in God’s will with this ministry and
its message to flee. We further believe it to be a blessing
of sorts that the Lord would count us worthy to play our
parts in this final act. As such we also find solace in
the following passage from Ephesians:
Eph 6:13 Wherefore
take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be
able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all,
to stand.
Taking on the “whole armor of God”
is our one and only hope in this endeavor… just
as it is for everyone out there believing and acting upon
this message. Praise the Lord this belief was also shared
by those undergoing the attacks. As we huddled together
in Canada and prayed for these brothers and sisters, the
Lord was doing a work in them as well.
Rather than becoming deterred by their consequences,
they found strength and hope in Christ. Rather than believe
what had occurred was a sign from God to choose a path
of less resistance they instead stood firmly on His Word
and set about the task of following Him out of the valley
(so to speak). The brother stopped at the border regrouped
and is making arrangements to clear up his legal situation.
The family set upon by tax collectors is working out a
plan of action to come out from under this burden and
still leave the US in as short a time as possible. The
family who is confronting child custody matters received
a miracle in getting legal help to battle the situation.
This has resulted in an outlook where the matter should
be taken care of shortly… as opposed to the immediate
outlook, which indicated there might not even be any recourse.
They have also decided they will not let this event set
them back one bit in their preparation to leave…
and instead have rededicated themselves towards doing
whatever is necessary to get out.
Times like these and people like this lead
me with great cheer to the prophet Habbukuk and his God-inspired
words:
Hab 3:17 Although the
fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in
the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the
fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off
from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
Hab 3:18 Yet I will
rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
Praise the Lord for the courage of these
saints and let us all keep them in our prayers!
We wrapped up our week of fellowship with
spending time going over all the Lord had placed on our
hearts and led us to share during the week. We all felt
energized and compelled to step up our efforts to spread
the message and to assist one another in getting through
the steps necessary to get out of the US for good…
and to further spread this message.
During the week we also tackled some of
the legal and financial matters related to the ranch and
our ministry in the US, Canada, and further abroad. We
do need your help on the financial side of these things.
Paying this property off, insuring it, and renovating
it are not small things… and we are not rich people.
Trust me when I tell you it would be easier for us as
individuals to just say, “every man for himself”
and worry only about what it takes to get residence, work,
and housing in some country other than the US. Yet the
Lord has led us not to place our “candle under the
bushel” … but to instead make this ranch a
place where other can be trained to further spread this
message.
In doing so we are forever giving up a large
portion of our “private lives” and are also
putting ourselves in a position of needing help from the
saints to keep this thing going. This is where all of
you who believe in this message come in. If all we were
going to do was keep a journal and put out a few articles
about how bad the Church was… then our pleas to
you would be quite different… yet we have decided
to heed God’s call and do more. We have decided
to follow the Lord into the fields of harvest. We have
decided to not just preach a message exposing the problems…
but preach one that offers the hope of Christ and the
solution found in His Word. We have decided to put aside
the greater part of self-preservation to instead make
a place where others can learn to do what we are doing
here… and take it with them across the globe. For
this we really need your prayers… and we do need
your support.
I share these things with you not to lift
us up as super saints or special servants in any way.
God has called all of us to this same testimony. It is
our hope that what we are doing here is just a starting
point. We know there are many who are in the process of
getting out of the US. We know there are many worldwide
who love the Lord and are standing daily for Him against
the brute power of the American new world order system
and its apostate church. Just like us… they need
help and support… both of a spiritual and tangible
nature. We know that many of you out there need help as
well. We want to continue assisting those of you in your
efforts to leave and we want to continue putting you together
with others who are of a like mind and spirit.
In the months ahead we will continue down
the road this ministry is set upon. We will draw upon
the last week’s time of fellowship and work toward
this mark in all our efforts. The love shared, the work
accomplished, and the prayers and discussions between
us have been invaluable. I cannot wait for the next such
chance… and in the interim ask you all to keep this
ministry and our efforts in your prayers.
We still have much to do to reach our immediate
goals. We have begun the final part of the Canadian process
necessary to establish an official entity here in Canada
that can host and train international visitors. At this
point we may have to push back the start date for our
first training session to July of this year instead of
June. Very shortly I will confirm whether such a change
will take place. We are at a critical point in getting
the ranch’s finances straight and in getting the
resources necessary to finish renovations. We are also
at a critical point in the process of getting our individual
visa situations resolved. Pray for us, stand with us,
and assist us with these things in whatever way you can.
I will keep you updated as to how things are going and
we will obviously continue sending this message out via
the Internet.
Once again our week’s fellowship was
a wonderful thing. I praise the Lord for the chance to
experience it all and for His allowing me to be a witness
for Him.
God Bless,
Sean Mayfield

The picture of the world at the end of days,
which the Bible paints, is one of wars and rumors of wars.
It shows a time when that one terrible nation, Babylon
the Great will begin its Great and terrible push to establish
ironclad rule over the nations of the earth. No doubt
the US is the most powerful nation today… and there
is also no doubt, based upon Biblical evidence that America
is Babylon the Great. Yet the world at this point is not
completely under that “iron clad rule” the
Bible indicates. An example would be the rebellion of
sorts that has taken place in Latin America over the past
few years. From Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, and now
to tiny Uruguay
there has been a revolt of sorts against the ravages of
the free trade policies of the American empire.
While selling out to the Washington Consensus
may have been good for indigenous elites and the Wall
Street bottom line, it has wrought poverty, disease, and
despair to the people of the third world… and those
in Latin America are attempting to turn back the tide.
Now comes the part about wars and rumors of wars…
because the US will not let this left turn in the southern
hemisphere go on unabated. If death squads, coup attempts,
and financial threats will not do the trick… then
armed conflict will be the order of the day. The key US
ally in this regard is Columbia. Columbia receives more
US financial aid and military aid than any nation other
than Israel. This money is not spent to merely eradicate
cocoa fields… it is being used to build a proxy
army to terrorize the region. Venezuela looks to be the
first nation in line… God help those who find themselves
at war with the beast… or its servants.
The US is a beast… and a dreadful,
terrible one at that. Think of all the blood that has
been shed in just the past few years. Think of all the
broken lives and orphaned children, and empty stomachs
for which the US is responsibly. Then consider this…
not only is the American Church responsible for their
part in allowing these things to happen… but in
the larger sense, they are the very force driving the
murderous engine making all these sorrows occur. The Church
in America is more like the Mafia,
than the Body of Christ
[I truly encourage everyone to seriously read the
aboe article on the Christian Mafia]. The rise of
the Religious Right to power has not been one of luck
and fortunate circumstance. It has been a concerted effort
of alliance
between the big money elites and the leadership of the
Church. Together, from the pulpits and the boardrooms
they have successfully propagandized a nation of willing
adherents. No chance or idle circumstance here…
this has been a well funded and well organized effort
to overthrow American democracy and in the process deceive
the Church into serving the powers of this present world
over those of Christ and the Kingdom to Come. As I intimated
above however, it has taken a willing audience to make
this happen. It has taken a people willing to disregard
the plain teachings of Christ for those of empire, dominion,
and prosperity. The leaven is powerful… and it will
not stop until the whole of the lump has been affected.
To see where its all headed it is good to
look at the top though… and you can’t get
much higher in the ranks of right-wing religious conservatives
than to be a part of the CNP.
Among its members the CNP claims such “luminaries”
as founder Tim Lahaye, Donald Hodel, president of James
Dobson's Focus on the Family, Edwin Feulner, Grover Norquist,
and many other heavy-hitters in the right-wing religious
nexus. The CNP
serves as a choke point for most of the big wigs in the
evangelical world and big players in the corporate world
whose hundreds of millions in funding make most of what
is the religious-right movement possible. Where does all
this funding go specifically? It goes towards financing
the
culture war at home and it goes towards setting
and enforcing a Dominionist foreign policy abroad. It
is all part of a very concerted two-pronged attack between
the corporate world and the US Church. The results are
devastating both at home and abroad, as noted by Jeff
Krehely:
“…the real victims in this
game are the nation’s poorest citizens, who are
increasingly facing a no-win situation. One brand of Republican
slashes taxes for the wealthiest Americans, forcing massive
cuts in social services that low-income Americans need
to survive. Then the faith-based crowd steps in, forcing
down a little bit of Jesus with every sip of soup at the
local homeless shelter.”
Krehely merely points out the effects on
America’s poorest citizens… think of the fate
of those in Iraq, Afghanistan, or in any third world nation
being ravaged by America’s New World Order. To put
it bluntly, these men are no more servants of Christ than
the man on the moon, yet American Christians through either
silence or submission have allowed the name of our savior
to be attached to their efforts at world domination. To
think there are not consequences to such action (or inaction)
is folly at best.
To truly understand the utter lack of human
regard inherent in these people one only needs to look
at their treatment (or lack thereof) of those who they
send out to do their dirty work. By this I mean one needs
to examine how America’s soldiers are treated. Aside
from being forced to serve past contractual terms and
not being properly equipped when in combat… they
are also being given a death
sentence due to the tons and tons of depleted
uranium weapons being used in the present conflict in
Iraq. The first gulf war now being over a decade behind
us has seen over 50% of those who served file for medical
disability benefits. Practically all of these disabilities
have been caused by what was initially termed gulf war
syndrome, but what scientist have been persistently saying
is the effect of US usage of depleted uranium weapons.
America and its Christian leadership and populace apparently
think so much of their Christian soldiers that they have
no
problem sending them off to fight and die
with what can only be described as radioactive weapons
that will kill everyone who encounters them in the long-term.
This has been proven not just on the battlefields and
city squares of Iraq, but in Afghanistan and Kosovo as
well. Not only do these people not love their enemies…
but apparently they don’t even love their friends.
Now to bring it all back full-circle…
US ambitions are not going to change. The Church (so-called)
in the US is not going to change either… unless
you count worsening its ways as such. Wars and rumors
of wars are not only upon us now, but things will only
intensify in this regard. Today it is Afghanistan and
Iraq. Tomorrow probably brings Venezuela, Iran and Syria.
After that God only knows.
Yet once again we do know that all of these
things have not happened by accident. The alliance between
the US elites and the American Church are responsible
for this carnage… and for the carnage, which is
to come. Theirs is a program of dominion both at home
and abroad. No quarter will be taken in either regard.
It is imperative for true believers within the US to see
these things for what they are. It is imperative for them
to understand that the satanic forces at work in both
the American state and the American Church have in mind
total victory… even if it means total war to accomplish
it. The Bible warns us explicitly that those remaining
within Babylon the Great (The US) are not to stand and
fight the beast from within… nor are they to head
to the catacombs to ride out the storm. They are to instead
flee from the US with their testimony intact, because
God’s Word says that remaining behind will lead
to one’s becoming a partaker in the grievous sins
of this terrible beast nation. These are not idle words
from our Lord. They are meant to be taken seriously…
now as opposed to later.
“Ye also, as lively stones, are
built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer
up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.”
1Peter 2: 5
“And they shall not take of thee
a stone for a corner, nor a stone for foundations; but
thou shalt be desolate for ever, saith the LORD.”
Jeremiah 51: 26

Obviously most everyone knows of John
D. Negroponte’s recent selection as
the new “Intelligence Czar” for the US. As
you also know, we have never been shy about our feeling
concerning Negroponte…
and his Phoenix-like rise to a position of such power
within the Bush administration is yet another terrible
indication of the true character of those currently in
power. The
facts concerning Negroponte’s participation
and direction in Central American death squad activities
in the 1980’s is irrefutable…. This is also
not to mention his involvement in the drugs-for-arms-for-hostages
activities at the core of the Iran Contra scandal during
the Reagan Presidency. To put it simply… the man
is at best a
gangster. At worst he is a vicious and violent
servant of the “present world-ruler,” i.e.
the fallen one himself. Interestingly though, Negroponte
has never had any problem working with and gaining support
from the Church in America. Missionary organizations played
an integral part in his terrible activities in Honduras
in the 1980’s and during his renaissance here in
GWB’s Whitehouse there has been nary a peep from
American evangelicals about all the blood, which is documented
to be on his hands.
Think about this for a second. The men ruling
the roost on Pennsylvania Avenue all claim to be Christian
men. The guy calling the shots goes so far as to label
himself as born again… and to be expressly seeking
and carrying out the will of God in his leadership of
the country. Next think about our Savior Jesus Christ
and the fact that all true believers are supposed to emulate
His life and His testimony with our own. Can you imagine
Jesus Christ appointing John Negroponte as one of His
disciples? Can you imagine our Lord bringing into the
fold an unrepentant man who has the literal blood of tens
of thousands on his hands? Can you imagine our Savior
doing such a thing when this person had also used subterfuge
and influence to enlist the assistance of those called
by His name in the execution of such evil deeds? Of course
not… it is ridiculous to think our Lord would do
such a thing. He has never, nor will He ever use evil
actions to further His kingdom.
Yet look at what Christian President Bush
has done… he has essentially made Negroponte one
of his disciples… and a powerful one at that. He
has in essence made a man who has been convicted for his
action in trading drugs for guns to later to be used to
trade for hostages… and a man who organized and
directed US-run death squads
