ISRP JOURNAL
By Sean Mayfield
February 4, 2003
A feeling of inevitability seems to have taken hold as
Americans and the rest of the world have resigned themselves
to the fact that there will be war in Iraq. It doesn't matter
that insofar as the world goes, Bush's
plan for Iraq is full of holes
or that
in respect to Christ, there is no way to sanction the bloodshed
which is coming.
People have just made up their minds to ride the storm
out, whether they are for what is going on or against it.
News articles come across the radar screen all the time,
which let people know exactly what Bush and his cronies
are really up to, yet no one cares. Yet another article
comes out about rigged
elections in this country (see previous journal
for the original) and everyone shrugs it off.
Meanwhile U.S. troops, upwards of 150,000 by now, are sitting
and waiting in Kuwait
while Our Christian
President has officially authorized
the use of nuclear weapons in Iraq or elsewhere,
if need be
And while we prepare to unleash destruction
upon thousands and thousands of Iraqis for among other things,
pursuing chemical and bio-weapons programs, The
U.S. is churning out germs, toxins and spores
faster than a 13-year-old Indonesian girl can stitch a pair
of Nikes.
As Christians in this country remain concerned about the
Market, their 401K's, and other such things
Iraqis
are worried their water
and sanitation systems will be wiped out
during the coming war
And poor Colombians (90% of
the population) are worried that their own U.S. trained
and supervised military will have them targeted
for extermination during the next state sponsored
death-squad campaign.
Even the C.I.A.
and F.B.I. don't by the Bush cabal's insistence
on Iraq/Al Qaeda ties, yet once again, the people slumber
and believe what they are told
Our Christian President
even out and out admits to assassination of enemies by the
U.S. and the church doesn't care. Here is an excerpt from
Bushs State of the Union address as quoted from Richard
Reeves:
"
To date we have arrested, or otherwise dealt with, many
key commanders of al-Qaida. ... All told, more than 3,000
suspected terrorists have been arrested in many countries.
Many others have met a different fate. Let's put it this
way, they are no longer a problem to the United States and
our friends and allies."
Reeves himself then says, "In other words, Americans
are out there murdering "suspected" terrorists.
And the president smirked and almost wink-winked with pleasure.
He was bragging about American assassinations."
The Church will whitewash this, as they have done everything
else. Here is a supposed man of God, who literally holds
power over the lives of hundreds of millions of people,
exhibiting smug assurance to his fellow Americans and fellow
Christians, that those who would do harm to us exist no
more.
You doubt this is what he meant, just ask those suspected
terrorist who got blown up by the missile from the predator
drone in Yemen if that is what he meant
Oh yeah, you
can't, because they're dead. Christians are cheering and
feeling more assured than ever that God's man is in the
Whitehouse, when everything this guy and his cronies say
and do is a horrific insult to the words of our Savior.
This is truly the
beginning of the end, but not in the way
most of the leftist and antiwar crowd sees it. They see
America as an empire and they are right
but many of
them, as evidenced in the previous linked article, see the
decline of the Empire coming. It will come, but not before
terrible destruction has occurred (Gog
Magog, the
4 Horsemen, the
Abomination, and all the other events of
Daniel's
70th week). There is no alternative but Christ,
and none will arise (that has any chance of succeeding)
until Christ himself visits destruction upon this Empire
in one hour's time (Revelation
18), at the "End
of Days". Yet Christians would deny
even that and think they can somehow bring God's
kingdom to Earth.
In all of this I want to be clear on a few things. We get
accused quite often of subscribing to all kinds of isms
that are hostile to God, Country, and Free Enterprise
Which is the American Christians Holy Trinity by the
way, but not necessarily in that order. I have already stated
numerous times in this journal, I am a citizen of Christs
kingdom and where I see men who profess to be His, pushing
doctrines of their own lustful hearts, I will speak out
Antipas Ministries will speak out. This is what we are commanded
to do.
Yet in these things I wish no malice upon any man or women
serving in any military, Americas included. A recent
article titled Anti-war,
Not Anti-soldier, by Diane Carlson Evans,
makes the point that the author is not against the soldiers,
but against the war. As a Christian, I am in no way for
war, especially when instigated by Christian
men to rid the world of evil-doers
But
I am also not against the soldiers. I have friends in the
military and family who have served and who are currently
serving. Several members of Antipas Ministries come from
military backgrounds. It is possible to be a man of peace
on Christs terms and to not be against the soldiers
called by their superiors to carry out their deeds. Christ
healed the centurions servant (Matthew
8: 5-13) and the first gentile to receive the
Holy Spirit was Cornelius, a centurion of the Italian band
(Acts 10). Neither of
these were commanded by the Lord or Peter to resign their
commission, nor were they castigated for serving. Also,
Luke 3: 14, says, And
the soldiers likewise demanded of him (John the Baptist),
saying, And what shall we do? And he said unto them, Do
violence to no man, neither accuse any falsely; and be content
with your wages. So in line with the Word,
I have no malice towards the soldiers
Only prayers
of salvation for all.
We are continuing to add to the Endtimes Network everyday.
Soon we will have even more information available to you
online. There will be more submissions from Dene McGriff
and Doug Krieger, the ISRP Journals will continue, a post
of the old classic Millers Church History
will be available in its entirety, and of course more in-depth
articles and analysis provided from S.R. Shearer. So stick
around and continue to stand with us, as we push forward
with the work He has given us

As I stated the other day, the Iraq thing is about much
more than Oil. While oil is very important to the Elites,
what they really want to do with Iraq is begin the process
of overt
world domination. Sounds pretty harsh huh?
If you believe in the Bible, it shouldn't be news to you,
since this empire is manifesting itself just as foretold.
The guys calling the shots in this thing know nothing about
combat. Their elite status ensured they were far from where
the bullets were flying when they were of draft age. This
makes Rumsfeld's recent comments about draftees counting
for "nothing" seem even more audacious.
For people like him, whose combination of fear and privilege
during the draft era, enabled them an out from serving in
combat (or serving at all) to so callously disregard the
17,725 draftees who gave their lives in Vietnam (30% of
all soldiers of who died in Vietnam) is incredible. These
"Christian" men have no shame.
Then again, these right-wingers are so far at odds from
our Savior, that if Jesus were around today, He wouldn't
have
a prayer among them.
Totally changing the subject... speculation of collusion
in America's election practices is beginning to spread far
beyond the Florida fiasco. In many instances, the guys who
make and service the voting
machines have a real vested interest in a
particular grand old party winning... And if that doesn't
cause you any concern, just wonder about the whereabouts
of the 206kg of plutonium
missing in Japan. That's enough for quite
a few atom bombs.
January 27, 2003
The Bible foretells of a time when people will have to
work a whole day just to make enough money to buy bread
(food) for a day (Revelation 6:
6). While this situation surely has existed all
over the world for quite some time, the passage mentioned
gives the impression of this situation being much more encompassing
than in previous times and occurring at the "end of
days". In many American cities this is already happening,
with Miami,
being one such example.
Meanwhile, rather than concern themselves with such matters,
Bush and Co. are getting ready to drop enough bombs on Baghdad
to eliminate tens of thousands of these poor and hungry.
Code-name for this incredible plan is "Shock
and Awe" and it is meant to send a message
to the Arabs in particular and the world in general. This
is message is: resist and face annihilation.
If we are to take control of the world's oil resources,
then the world must be made to understand the consequences
of standing in our way. Plans to manage
Iraqi oil are already well under way. This
is about more than oil however... oil is a means to an end.
That
end is Empire. An empire the likes of which
the world has never seen. An empire that is foretold
of in the Bible, which we are seeing take
shape before our very eyes.
As all of this occurs, don't forget about the Israelis
and Palestinians. There is much left to take place between
these two. Here is an interesting analysis on the early
history of this conflict and some follow-up
information describing the corrupt background
of the Palestinian leadership.
Lastly, here is an updated, and much better article on
the SPAMMING
efforts of the Church's favorite sons... the GOP.
January 23, 2003
I defy anyone to describe a time they can recall in which
a President and his administration have been so bent on
going to war. Even as Europe recoils from the prospect of
attacking Iraq, and the Pentagon
urges caution, Bush and Co. just won't relent.
At this point POTUS is looking for any
excuse to fight. The thing is, this isn't
about stopping terrorism or protecting the world or any
other "noble cause". Its all about oil and power.
In this case oil
takes precedent over anything related to human life and
by power I imply that their imperialist
plans extend far beyond Iraq.
Many activists and leftist are openly beginning to wonder
if it is time
to leave the country, in anticipation of
the repression that is sure to come. Repression that is
foretold of in the Bible and of which we have commented
upon in times past on more
than one occasion...
Meanwhile, in an effort to artificially influence an already
biased media, the Bush gang is sending random SPAM
mail to US newspapers in support of his presidency. Also
troublesome is just how deep in the pockets of lobbyist
Senators and Reps. are getting.
A lot has been written about the homogenization of American
society, but can our fast food culture lead to fast
food fascism?
To close things out, here as an interesting article on
Bioterrorism
efforts by American and other nations, and the ramifications
of this on the world.

3:45 PM Pacific--My comments on our latest article are
below this entry
For those of you who have not read our most recent article,
I once again encourage you to do so now. It is linked up
above here and to the right. In it, we go into details about
the truth behind President Bush and the Bush family in general.
By truth I mean the litany of terrible actions done by this
family throughout the last century. Included in this is
what our supposed Christian President has done, even after
his supposed conversion. We go into all this because the
Church has bought into this hook, line, and sinker. They
have bought into the concept of "ridding the world
of evil" as our President proclaims, because they want
to partake of the spoils of war. Check out this forwarded
email I received today on how we have a President "who
loves and fears the Lord":
Max Lucado on President Bush
Max Lucado is a Christian author who is very popular for
his many
wonderful books about the Lord. This week, Max was invited
(along with
several other famous preachers) to have lunch at the White
House with
President Bush. Their meeting took place on Thursday and
Max shared with
us this morning how it had gone. As the ministers sat down
to lunch and
waited for President Bush to appear, Max said that he was
expecting G.W.
to walk in the room looking tired, serious, and depressed.
When the
President came in, Max said he looked totally opposite of
tired: he was
energetic, joyful, and very focused on his talk with the
ministers.
Max asked President Bush how he could seem so calm and
peaceful in the
midst of all the tragedy. The President's reply was, "I'm
feeling
stronger now than I've ever been in my life. And the reason
is because
every person in America is praying for me. When I stay on
my knees,
that's when I have power." The ministers then asked
the President how
he would like them to pray for him, and how their congregations
back home
should be praying. Mr. Bush asked, first, for clarity of
mind so that
he could make wise decisions, and then he asked that we
pray specifically
for his wife and two daughters, as he is very concerned
about their
safety.
I knew that you would be as encouraged as I was to hear
about this
meeting. We must thank God that we have a President who
loves and fears
the Lord. No human leader is perfect, but God is perfect,
so let's keep
President Bush lifted up in prayer before the Father.
PASS THIS ON TO EVERY CHRISTIAN THAT YOU KNOW AROUND
THE WORLD...OUR GOD
IS AN AWESOME GOD AND REIGNS OVER HEAVEN AND EARTH!
----------end of email--------------------
Compare this with the documented evidence we have accumulated
just in our last article. Compare how we made a special
point to note how the Church has completely sold itself
out to the cause of Bush and the elites with the contents
of this email. We are surely living in times when prophetic
scripture is being fulfilled before our eyes.
How can these people be so blind as to choose not to see
what Bush and his rich, elite cronies are doing? It is because
they choose not to see..."Son
of man, thou dwellest in the midst of a rebellious house,
which have eyes to see, and see not; they have ears to hear,
and hear not: for they are a rebellious house." Ezekiel
12: 2 and "And in
them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By
hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing
ye shall see, and shall not perceive: For this people's
heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing,
and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should
see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should
understand with their heart, and should be converted, and
I should heal them." Matthew 13: 14-15.
Once again, as I intimated earlier today, rather than getting
up in arms about the terrible actions being committed in
God's name by our "Christian" president and the
"whore" the church has become in servicing him,
Christians would rather concern themselves with pictures
on our website or Harry Potter books, or kids wearing baggy
pants. About this kind of thing Christ said: "Ye
blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel."
Matthew 23: 24.
That is truly where most Christians are at today, straining
at gnats and swallowing camels. It is for this reason, we
at Antipas will continue to deliver our writings to you
and the articles we use as source information via endtimesnetwork.com
and here at ISRP. It is also why we are going out to meet
with as many of you as we can.
The time is short and lies abound. We will not have our
Savior hijacked by those whose goals are those of bloodshed,
repression, and empire. Our testimony is to show the Truth
in Christ in word and deed and to be a contrary witness
to that of what is "recognized" as Christendom.
To that end, Doug Kreiger and Steve Shearer are beginning
their trip
very shortly. Here is a link
to Doug's introductory write-up on His and Steve's travels.
As there trip progresses, I will keep you up to date on
all they report throughout it.
Tomorrow, the journal will go back to more of a normal
form, so until then... God Bless
12 PM Pacific
Yesterday we sent out our latest newsletter entitled:
A
WOMAN RIDING A BEAST GOING FORTH CONQUERING AND TO CONQUER.
In the article there was an actual art image of the woman
riding the beast. Incredibly this has set off quite a few
of our subscribers at Antipas Ministries. S.R. Shearer,
author of The Antipas Papers and all of our newsletter articles
issued the following comments concerning the "pornographic
nature" of the image:
Many Christians are shocked by our
rendition of the woman (i.e., the church) riding the beast
(i.e., the American New World Order System). But, then,
who do they think this woman is?- An over-weight "Sally
Frump?"
The Bible calls her a whore who seduces
the world. We INTEND to depict her EXACTLY as the Bible
portrays her, not the way some of our effete Christian friends
would want us to portray her- dressed modestly as a Christian
housewife. She is a seductress- that's what the Church is
today- and if Christians find that offensive- well, that
is just too bad!
S.R. Shearer
Well I must say that I whole-heartedly endorse Steve's
response. Many Christians, rather than getting offended
by the actions of the Bush family, as related in the article,
are instead beside themselves over an image of a Jezebel
with a plunging neckline. Before I go any further, I will
say that I made the picture, but don't think this is just
some kind of an attempt to defend my work. Because that
is not the point. Also, before this goes any further, any
of you who haven't seen the image can check it out here.
In the article, Steve addresses the fact the American Christian's
are "hung-up" on sexual sin, to the expense of
disregarding much greater evil. I agree. We at Antipas are
not endorsing promiscuity or any sort of sexual vice. We
used a picture to accurately describe what is found in Revelation
17. Dene McGriff, who also writes for Antipas responded
to one email about this by saying:
"Steve anticipated this reaction
but the image is true to the Scriptures. What are you going
to do with the Song of Solomon? Throw it out of the Bible?
I dare say, you see far worse daily
in Newspapers or TV.
These are images used by the Bible
itself, so I'm sorry if you have a
problem with that."
Dene summed it up very well. These are not images that
sprung from our imaginations, but from the Bible itself.
The Bible is a very graphic book. In many cases it deals
with "mature subject matter" and quite honestly,
the Woman of Revelation 17 is one of the tamer passages
compared to the Song of Solomon.
What is really terrible however, is what this "Whore"
the Church is doing. The Church is gladly following along
with the plans of the Bush cartel to conquer Iraq and whatever
Islamic nation is next deemed enemy. In doing so, they have
whored themselves out to the highest bidder. We are not
making this stuff up... We have written volumes
about it. The American Church has the blood of African American
slaves, American Indians, Phillipinos, and Native Hawaiians
on its hands from its whoring with the American Beast during
the 19th Century. Over a million deaths are laid at its
feet for assisting the US government in the massacre, enslavement,
and in some cases blatant extermination of these people.
Then let us examine the 20th Century to today. During this
time the Church has been at the forefront of every move
America has made to expand her economic boundaries. From
the war against communism, to out and out wars in Korea
and Vietnam, the Church not only approved but in may cases
was actually involved in the deaths that followed. Guatemala,
Nicarauga, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Argentina, Chile,
Brazil, Iran, and Iraq are just a few of the places the
Church "the Woman" has joined with the State "the
Beast". During these efforts literally millions have
perished. All of this blood is on the American Church's
hands.
Also, let us not forget that this same Church sanctioned
segregation, took part in the thousands of lynchings that
took place in this country, and in the forced sterilizations
of minorities, mentally disabled, and the underclass until
the 1950's. This blood and this shame is also on the hands
of the American Church.
Yet, in spite of all this, Christians chose to get mad
about a "racy" picture. Where is you anger over
the litany of sins mentioned above? When we all stand before
our maker, what do you think He will be upset about? About
some picture that depicted imagery He himself described
in His Word, or about a Church that remained silent while
millions upon millions were slaughtered in His name? You
decide.
So instead of railing about a picture, why not rail against
the Church for being a whore and an adulteress? That is
what Ezekiel, Isaiah, Jeremiah, John the Baptist, and even
Christ himself did concerning Israel. This is also what
the apostles did concerning Israel and the early Church.
Of course it ultimately cost them their lives to do this.
Nonetheless, that is our calling... to spread the Truth,
damn the consequences.
Christians who are opposed to what the Church is doing
need to speak out against these things and offer a contrast
of what true faith in Christ is all about. Policing photography,
especially where it is not warranted, will not accomplish
anything for Christ's kingdom, but making a stand on these
important issues will accomplish something... it will be
doing what He has commanded us to do.
January 17, 2003
Today we go to the mail bag... I promised this last week,
but being that I am perpetually running late, am just now
getting around to it. Every now and then I will take the
chance to share with you some of the email responses I've
been getting. No names or locations will be included in
emails I highlight, just the content... Well, here we go
the email first, my comments in dark red afterward:
I'd suggest that you add a link to PBS's website. The Frontline
airing 1-9-03 was about this very company. The sad part
is, at the end of the show they visited another foundry
plant across town from McWane where there were little to
no injuries and employees even had individual air conditioners
(it's pretty hot in a foundry). Employees there were
treated like actual human beings. The employees owned the
company, it having been bequeathed to them by the founder
when he died. One executive was so angered to think that
the employees would control their own working conditions
that he quit in disgust, moved across town , and started
his own foundry...you guessed it McWane!
xxxx
p.s.- good work! keep the blog running!!
Thanks for writing... I'll go ahead
and post the link
to the Frontline article... I don't know why I didn't post
it at first. As for McWane, you are right, he was a real
scoundrel. Half of Birmingham was named for him and the
Christians there don't even care what he was really like.
What I have been searching for, is
any type of church affiliation, McWane's CEO G. Ruffner
Page might have... I grew up in the South and almost all
those guys at least pass themselves off as church members...
its just a part of doing business down there. I have a couple
of contacts that used to live in Birmingham who are supposed
to get back to me, but as of yet news has been hard to come
by. Anyway, thanks again for writing and feel free to write
any time.

Hello there.
I am living here in Illinios, and consider myself a strong
Christian. I also am unhappy with Gov. Ryan's actions regarding
death penalty.
Why? Not because people are being freed, but because the
way it was done usurped the justice system we have in place
and did an end run around our systems. Ryan could have done
this any number of ways, but as it was he wrongly consolidated
power left to judicial branch for himself.
Surely you are not advocating that this unilateral action
by one branch upon the powers of another branch is healthy?
I am an advocate of mercy and compassion,
just as my Savior is. The President recently signed an Executive
Order to fund his Faith-Based Intiative since it is hung
up in the Legislature... so are you against his usurping
the authority of the Legislative Branch by approving and
funding (500 million dollars) a huge program that the Legislature
may very well vote against?
Nonetheless, I give not a whit for this system, for all
its advantages and foilables, I am serving Christ's kingdom...
I live by the laws of the land and subject myself to the
powers placed over me, yet my energy and passion is spent
serving the Lord. I am not advocating executive, judicial,
or legislative preeminence, just applauding mercy shown
by Ryan in his act of clemency. Rather than fret over the
wrongful consolidation of power in a wordly system doomed
for judgement, shouldn't you rejoice that Ryan (whom I don't
know much about) at least showed some measure of mercy and
compassion in "setting some of the captives free"
by refusing to have the blood of those men's executions
on his hands?
God Bless

Love the new ISRP website. When speaking with people about
whats going
on, they always ask about the sources of this news info.
Again, thanks and GOD BLESS.
Thanks for the comments on ISRP.
The issue you brought up in your comment was partly the
motivation I had for making the page the way I did. This
information is not hidden from the world... And we are not
making it up. It is there for anyone to see.
Thanks again and God Bless

Hi,
Just a question........
Is your site and ministery in any way connected with, or
writers, members of any group such as, and particularly,
Freemasonry?
Since you ridicule the "Protocols" and Illuminati
as myth and freely use the label of "Anti-Semitic"
for anyone who would criticize Zionism, it would appear
you have both Masons and Zionists as, or influencing, your
authors.
Thanks
No, We are people who believe in
what the Bible says. We are not Masons or Zionists, nor
are we influenced by them. The deception occurring is not
emanating from the Illuminist, it is coming from the Corporate
elite of this country and their Christian lackeys. It is
about money. the deceitfullness of riches, as the Bible
puts it.
Those who harbor Illuminist-type conspiracy fears are just
trying to let themselves off the hook. They believe that
if it weren't for the evil Zionists and /or evil Masons,
America would somehow be this wonderful God-loving country.
That is baloney. The love of money is the root of all evil
(I Timothy 6: 10) and the whole world lies in the wickedness
(I John 5: 19)... we (the world and the Church) don't need
a cabal of consipratorial leaders to draw us astray, the
lust of our own hearts do that. So quit trying to let yourself
off the hook. The Club of Rome is not who is bringing the
Antichrist to power, it is people, Christians specifically,
who fulfill this scripture:
"Because that, when they knew
God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful;
but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish
heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they
became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible
God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds,
and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things." Romans
1: 21-23
That is where the final Beast kingdom is coming from, from
those who knew God, but have forsaken Him for an image of
their own creation. Satan will only be giving them what
they want.

Well thats all I'm going to share for now... If you'd like

In some circles a great deal of hope that the American
empire will over-extend itself. Many of the scenarios mentioned
for the evolving Iraq situation list a myriald of perils
for the US. No doubt that potentially many
terrible things will come of this, but the empire will handle
all comers and whatever "blow-back" occurs will
just be a part of the run up to the
big confrontation, which is coming in the
region.
While all this is going on, America is more and more becoming
a nation of have and have-nots. There is a class war being
waged by the rich and they are winning... Check out this
series
on class, taxes, and the distribution of wealth in this
country and see if you can figure out who is really
getting paid with the Bush tax plan. As Christians,
we at Antipas are not class warriors, yet we are vilified
all the time for being "Marxist" since we point
out the evils of the Right. We are not Marxist, we are just
exposing the actions of those who have bought and and paid
for the Church.
Meanwhile, POTUS is getting ready to put a righteous butt-whipping
on all the evil-doing... he is getting downright religious
about war. Don't be suprised if the total
number of troops called up for this thing to rise to over
300,000.
It is time for all those Churches to belly
up to the trough, as even Attorney General
Ashcroft, apostate that he is, teaches religious groups
how to tap into government funds. Be careful in criticizing
these guys however, as there are real dangers to being too
negative of this administration, especially
of GWB. This trend is really just a case
of history repeating itself. Just as was the case in revolutionary
France, liberties and freedom of speech are disappearing
rapidly, check out this comparison in "Civil
Liberties from Bonaparte to Bush".
January 13, 2003
Have you heard the story about outgoing Illinois Govenor
George H. Ryan, who commuted
all his state's death sentences? As amazing
as that is, what is just as amazing is that a great many
Christians are numbered among those angered by this act
of clemency. This is not a political forum, but how could
so many members of the body of Christ be upset at the exibition
of mercy by civil authorities? Here are a trio of examples
of the pro-execution contingent within the Church: 1,
2,
3.
Many say America's stance on the death penalty is just
one more example of the continued "Confederization"
of America... with Bush trying to push controversial federal
judge appointee Charles
Pickering through the Senate again, one is
hard-pressed to argue.
The situation with Iraq is rapidly building to critical
mass as more and more troops are being shipped
to the Mid East. As we have been saying now
for quite
a while, plans to have US troops permanently
in the region predate
the post 911 push for war... whereas at the start of all
this it was thought an Iraqi offensive would be done without
many ground troops, now it seems like we will be conquering
and ruling the
old-fashion way.
This kind of force will of course be needed to control
Iraqi
oil fields. Sadly, US forces could once again
be occupying land replete with life-threatening depleted
uranium dust, from spent American armaments.
Did anyone catch the recent reportings on the dangers of
work for industrial corporation McWane
Industries? It seems McWane and its subsidiaries,
value the bottom-line much more than the safety
of their employees. McWane, based in Birmingham,
AL and its most dangerous plant in Tyler, TX are smack-dab
in the middle of the Bible Belt. I wonder how management
explains their actions to their local church leaders, or
are they the local church leaders?... more on this as it
develops...
Beware the Queen of the Right... Anne Coulter, cover-girl
mouthpiece for right-wingers and best-selling author, is
nothing but a glorified public relations rep
for her benefactors. From the outset, her
career has been bankrolled by ultra-wealthy and ultra-conservative
foundations like the Federalist, the Olin Foundation, and
Scaife
Foundation. Christians beware of falling
for her spiel. the views she fronts for her benefactors
do not represent anything related to Christ, but are those
of the rich
and powerful of this world.

Is the Whitehouse some kind of half way house for convicted
felons? Judging from the current roster of Whitehouse appointees
one would have to say yes. Check out this "it would
be funny if it weren't so true", ongoing exchange between
Whitehouse reporter Russell
Mokhiber and Ari Fleischer. That's ok though
because forgiveness runs deep in the Bush Whitehouse...
as long as your crimes were committed in another Republican
administration.
Christians are always complaining about liberals and about
paying taxes for welfare to support the poor, yet they don't
complain about the biggest siphon on taxpayer funds... big-business.
This makes it easier to understand why the suits are so
willing to "release the hounds" on the Iraqis...
its all for the black
gold.
This war is going to be a watershed event for most all
of the middle-eastern states. Many governments could eventually
fall depending on how this thing shakes out. Turkey is at
a crossroads in that it wants to continue suckling up to
the US, while also wishing to gain entrance into the EU.
These two goals may
not be compatible.
GW truly thinks he is going to "rid the world of evil
doers". It comes from the Dominionist mindset from
which his "Christianity" springs. Two interesting
articles on this by Michael Ortiz Hill are Bush's
Armageddon Obsession Revisited and The
Looking Glass. The thing is, though Bush
and his form of Christianity are dead wrong in their plans
for world dominion, Christ is coming back to establish His
kingdom, he just doesn't need any assistance in the meting
out of judgment. This Promise
Keepers type of faith is a harbinger of terrible
things to come and our
president is ate up with it.
On a closing note, be careful where you go on the web...
since not too long from now, all your browsing records could
be spied-on
by the government in real-time.
I know I said I'd get to some mail today, but I written
too much today already... Soon, very soon, and I'll get
to the mailbag...
